Hi there, I’m a Pilates, Meditation, Melt Method Instructor and qualified Nutritional Therapist here in beautiful Jersey. I also do online pilates classes for you to do at home and have a wellness program for people who want a customised wellness plan.

Learning and teaching Pilates was a game changer for me. Not only did cure my lower back pain, it helped relieve my anxiety and changed my body shape.
I love being able to teach pilates and over the years of teaching I have seen first hand how it has not only helped with peoples back issues and other physical problems it helps them to feel more balanced mentally.
Meditation is something I was sceptical about at first, but it is something I wouldn’t be without now. It enabled me to change my thought patterns into more positive emotions and taught me real skills to help others deal with every day stresses.
Melt is a new method I have learnt using small balls and soft specialised rollers. I have recently completed my instructor training on the method. Melt exercises combined with Mat Pilates is a great combination.
I didn’t think anything could match my passion for Pilates but this does. It complements it so well. I now practice Melt every day, It releases tightness in muscles, helps to completely relax you, it helps you sleep better, helps with headaches as well as many other benefits. My nutritional journey started when I started my degree which encompassed human nutrition, food science and consumer attitudes and behaviour. I completed an additional 2 years with a Nutritional Therapy diploma. I fiirmly believe that good food choices play a huge role in better physical and mental health for people. But I also think you also have to be realistic and make sensible goals for you self and others as part of a long term healthy eating lifestyle.
I design my own activewear to do your workouts in both style and comfort. If you attend my classes you will see me wearing them as they are the only things I wear :).

My formal qualifications are below, .but I now am happy to say that I also have around 10 years of experience teaching pilates, which is invaluable and I do recognise that you are always still learning! I am addicted to learning.
