Wellness/Mini-Retreat Day
The next Mini-Retreat days are at The Frances Le Sueur Centre in St Ouen, Jersey on Sunday 7th July, and Sunday 27th July 2024, 2-4pm. This is a fantastic day of relaxation, for yourself or a loved one, in a beautiful location. Both retreats are a combination of Meditation, Pilates and the Melt Method.
